This support empowers our residents to thrive beyond their time at Gambit Recovery, reducing the stress of finding employment and creating a strong network for their continued success in sobriety.

As part of program at Gambit Recovery, we emphasize the importance of physical fitness in supporting mental health. We encourage our residents to engage in regular physical activity, as it has been proven to reduce stress, improve mood, and enhance overall well-being. Upon request, Gambit Recovery staff will offer daily training sessions, either in group settings or one-on-one. These sessions provide an excellent opportunity to not only boost physical health but also strengthen connections with fellow residents and build a sense of community.

Early recovery can seem overwhelming at times. With this add on, residents' laundry will be washed and folded once a week, relieving some of the burden of weekly chores. Bedding can also be added for an additional rate. 

Changing old habits is hard. But eating healthy is essential for an individual's physical and  emotional wellbeing. We promote a healthy lifestyle at Gambit Recovery, and weekly grocery shopping makes this easier for you. This add-on provides you with weekly groceries ensuring  that the right foods are there for you, eliminating the hassle of shopping and temptation to purchase those old unhealthy favorites. 

While living in Gambit Recovery, residents experience immense growth emotionally and  internally. When how we feel inside matches how we see ourselves on the outside, we feel  more confident. Upon request, We bring the professionals to you for haircuts so you can feel your best all the time. 

For those weeks when you need a little extra self-care and relaxation, upon request we offer in-home nail services. Whether it's a trim and polish or full color and nails, you can step out into the world  feeling more yourself.
